WHAT AND HOW CAN YOU PACK IT?
- PACKAGES: box, crate, suitcase, bag, satchel, sack - it practically doesn't matter, just
protect your own and other people's shipments from dirt, damage, impact*
- VEHICLES: it is important to properly cover delicate surfaces (polished, chromed, glass,
fragile, etc.) with textile, bubble wrap, etc.*
- SMALL ANIMALS: it is the Sender's responsibility to provide a cage or carrier with a cushion
and its return must be ordered separately.
* Our liability does NOT extend to damage (abrasions, scratches, rubbing) caused by natural
package movements (road conditions, vehicle movement, etc.) and fastening (strap, spanifer,
rubber spider, etc.)! The liability also lies with the Customer if damage occurs in another
shipment due to inadequate, incomplete packaging!
WHAT SHOULD BE WRITE ON EACH ITEM?
Please write only the following on the shipment or on the label attached to it in large, bold
letters:
- the last four digits of the order number, e.g. 0987
- from the delivery address only the name of the city
- marking of special treatments, as follows:
- package moving assistance, if it has been pre-ordered:
at pick-up: RF , and/or at delivery: RC
- Handling as fragile: KK
- Handling as moisture sensitive: NE
- Handling as do not rotate: (the drawing should show the actual position!)

CAR TRANSPORT
We only transport cars on our own wheels, with a hired driver, so we do not undertake trailer transport. The costs of transport are calculated individually (e.g. daily allowance, flight ticket, accommodation, fuel, motorway tolls).

TRADITIONAL SCOOTER, BIKE, E-BIKE
Please carefully cover sensitive surfaces (glass, chrome, polished, etc.) with fabric, bubble wrap, etc.! Please turn the steering wheel so that it is parallel to the wheels. Failure to do so will result in a surcharge due to the significantly larger space requirement, i.e. it will increase the freight charge to be paid!

Please carefully cover sensitive surfaces (glass, chrome, polished, etc.) with fabric, bubble wrap, etc.! a.) Rolling the vehicle into and out of the cargo hold, as well as securing it securely in the cargo hold, is always the Customer's responsibility! (We provide a ramp, spanifer, and wedge!) b.) Gasoline vehicles may contain a maximum of 1 liter of fuel, and no oil, fuel, or coolant may drip from it! c.) Our car departs from Budapest twice a month.
Depending on the route we arrive at the addresses
within 8 days of the departure.
The planned arrival date is published in FB-group ‘Filasol Transport’.
It may happen that the package pickup occurs during the
previous 1-2 days if it is
ordered to be on a Hungarian address!
We notify our customers 1 day before arrival
at the given address giving an estimated time of 4-6 hours,
and then we contact them again 60-120 minutes before our arrival.
