PACKAGING There are no restrictions: it can be a box, crate, bag, suitcase, sack - anything. The packaging must protect the shipment from scattering, contamination, and damage caused by scratching and rubbing. Highly sensitive surfaces (glass, polished, chrome, lacquered, painted, etc.) must be covered (e.g. with textile)! INSCRIPTION, LABELING It is not necessary to write a name or address on the shipment. It is enough to write the last 4 digits of the order number (e.g. 23W0987) with felt, clearly visible, with digits at least 5 cm high. PICK UP AND HANDOVER OF ITEMS IS DIRECTLY AT THE VAN! Without ordering an additional service, the driver will pick up the shipment at the car, where the Sender is obliged to take it, without the driver's assistance! Upon delivery, the Recipient must take the shipment in independently from the vehicle, without the help of the driver! ASSISTANCE FOR SURCHARGE Our additional service can be ordered with conditions, and in this case the driver of the vehicle takes part in the manual moving of the shipment. Conditions: - max. weight of an item: 15 kg (if overweight, manual movement only together allowed) - max. distance between the gate and the car: 100 m - from/to first floor, if there is no elevator

OVERWEIGHT, RECOGNIZED AT SHIPMENT PICKUP We can only guarantee the pre-ordered capacity! If the car is at the weight limit (full), then we can only accept the shipment with the ordered weight! If, for this reason, the Customer withdraws from the original order, no refund of the paid fee can be requested! If the car has free capacity, the excess fee must be paid in cash, based on the "Overweight fee" item of the Price List! OVERSIZE, RECOGNIZED AT PICKUP One of the bases of pricing is the size of the package. If the actual size of the package exceeds that specified in the order, the "Oversize fee" item of the Price List must be applied to the total weight of the given package and the difference must be paid in cash upon pick-up. If a shipment larger than ordered does not physically fit in the cargo area (too large or the car is full), then we can only provide the capacity up to the size specified in the original order. If then the Customer cancels the transport, no refund can be requested!

TREATMENT IN CASE OF OVERWEIGHT, OVERSIZE

WHEN WILL WE ARRIVE AT THE ADDRESS? Exact arrival times cannot be estimated by road. Our car to help our customers can be tracked online, and we check in by phone before arriving at the address: 60-90 minutes in Budapest, 90-120 minutes in all other cases. UNSUCCESFUL NOTIFICATION: If we cannot reach the Sender by phone before our arrival, we will try to call the Customer. If we don't manage to reach him either, the address WILL BE OMITTED, the delivery will fail, and the freight fee will be LOST! If we cannot reach the Recipient, we will still call the Customer. If it fails, we will NOT go to the address and the shipment will be returned to the Sender. Repeated delivery is NOT included in the freight charge! If the prior telephone notification was successful, but the Customer still cannot be reached or is not present at the address, then max. after 15 minutes of waiting, we will go on and the consequences of the unsuccessful notification will apply!

Sensitive pack (fragile, liquid): we move it with extreme caution and we place up to 15 kg on top of the bale. Please mark your order on the package: KK

LIABILITY OF FILASOL

LIABILITY, SIGNATURE AND INSURANCE

Damage-free and lack-free delivery: Filasol is responsible if the nature of the damage is breakage, fatal deformation, or partial or total absence (lost item). Liability for damage is 200 EUR/order (can be increased for a fee)

Timetable: If the departure day is delayed by more than 4 days compared to the timetable, the Customer can withdraw and request a refund of the freight fee.

Proper packaging of the shipment: Filasol is not responsible for rubbing, abrasion, scratching, that occur during transport, due to the natural movement of the package!

Responsibility for content: we do not open packages, so the Sender is solely responsible for their legal content! You must acknowledge and certify it with your signature, and certify your identity by a document also. If you’d refuse this, the delivery will be failed - due to the customer's fault! (No money refund!)

LIABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

Accurate and precise filling of the order form: The Customer is responsible if the provided data is wrong, incorrect, or incomplete and the transport fails because of this. Freight refunds are not available.

I. CAR

TRANSPORTING OF VEHICLES

WE DO NOT TRANSPORT THE CAR ON A TRAILER, BUT WITH OUR OWN DRIVER Our driver will take the car from the requested place to the requested place at the agreed time. Costs: per diem (this is calculated from the departure of the driver from Budapest to his arrival to Budapest, by the current pricelist) + return flight ticket + hotel expenses incurred during the trip (max. 90 EUR per night) + highway tolls + fuel costs. The total estimated amount must be paid in advance (subsequent immediate cash settlement). The car's registration license and a contract are required to complete the delivery.

Motorbike, e-motorbike, motor-scooter: It is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to move the vehicle to/from the cargo area (we provide a ramp)! The fuel tank can have only 1 liter of fuel, maximum. We ask for the owner document and key!

Important for all vehicle types: Please cover delicate (chrome, polished, glass) surfaces (by textile, bubble wrap)!

Scooter, e-scooter, bike, e-bike: Please turn the handlebar to the position parallel to the wheels - failure to do so will increase the delivery fee.

Conditions: - 3 months of age min. - valid pet passport - chip - mandatory vaccinations min. 21 days before - cage/carrier (in which the pet can stand up and turn around!) or a well-closed but ventilated box according to the nature of the animal, a bird cage for birds - pillow (into the cage/carrier) - feeding-drinking bowl or hanging container - pet food - leash, collar or harness (for dogs) - litter and litter tray (for kittens), dry grass or other substrate depending on the animal

II. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Pets can travel in the well-ventilated luggage compartment. On the way, the animals receive constant attention and care. - We check all pets every 3 hours, give drink, make them a walk, play, move dogs, change litter of cats, care for other animals as needed We really love the pets and care for them! The arrival of the animals takes place out of sequence.
